As you scale your content efforts, you and your team will need to be able to visualise and see what content is being published and when!
This allows for:
- Feedback
- Changes to be made before posting
It reduces:
- Confusion
- Posts going out that aren’t approved
I found using Excel Sheets/Word Docs isn’t collaborative enough when you are publishing a lot of content each week, my suggestion is to build out your own from sites such as Notion ✅
This will allow a much more collaborative approach to how your business plans and executes content 🎬
