HubSpot is showing everyone that B2B social media can be fun & value adding 💡


The CRM software is very clear on its messaging across platforms “The easy-to-use CRM to scale your business.”


What I like about their strategy ⤵️


1️⃣ Very focused on their Ideal Customer and delivering content for them


2️⃣ Content diversification: They are using platforms like LinkedIn + Instagram but changing the content format & style so that it makes sense for each platform. 


3️⃣ Providing a range of free assets to their audience that will help them with their specific problems (“Scaling your business in 2024”).


4️⃣ Creating webinars, guides, social media content, short + long form video content all based on what they can help their customers with.


5️⃣ Not taking themselves too seriously online & being relatable to their user base. Showing that you can be professional & still have a personality as a B2B brand.
